Resolved: The worst company ever
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The day I wrote my review and sent it to Flat Rate tickets, they contacted me and said I would receive a refund within 3-5 days.
They said that the credit card I had used for the original purchase was no longer in their files. I sent them a credit card number and indeed, they sent me a refund. Thank you, Pissed Consumer!
